Beef and Green Bean Casserole

Beef and Green Bean Casserole

This isn’t your average green bean casserole! By adding juicy shredded chuck steak or roast, you’ll create a dish that’s as flavorful as it is comforting. The beef melds beautifully with the creamy green beans, making it a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.

Ingredients

Green Beans (fresh or canned)
Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp
Chicken Stock
16 oz
French Fried Onions
12 oz
Cream of Chicken
12 oz
Cream of Celery
8 oz
Salt and Pepper
to taste

Utensils

  • Dutch Oven
  • Baking Dish

Instructions

Turn oven to 325 degrees.

Generously salt and pepper the chuck steaks (or roast) and add Worcestershire sauce to a dutch oven and sear. Place in the oven until falling apart- about 1.5 hours.

Once done, pull the meat apart and add two - three cans of French cut green beans, cream of chicken, and cream of celery. Add chicken stock as needed to thin it out.

Sprinkle on the French Fried onions and put back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.

Enjoy!
