Having trouble? There are three common reasons why you may not be able to access your account:

1. Your password is incorrect: try resetting your password
2. Your account was never activated via email: search your email for"Customer account activation"
3. Your account is under a different email address. Please use the address your placed your order under.

Why do I have to subscribe to a minimum of $149 of product?

To ensure your items stay frozen until they reach your doorstep, we require a minimum amount of products in the box to maintain proper insulation. Each order is carefully packaged in a sturdy corrugated box with an insulated liner and the optimal amount of dry ice to keep everything at safe temperatures during transit.

My subscription order has already shipped. Can I still cancel?

In order to best serve you, we began processing on your scheduled date. We’re sorry for any inconvenience, but we cannot cancel your order at this time.

For your convenience, we can delay your next shipment and make any adjustments to your frequency going forward. You can also manage your account at your convenience by going to grassrootscoop.com/account

How do I edit my subscription?

Log in to your account here.

Under the left-hand "Subscriptions" tab, you can:
- Change your next order date
- Swap out products
- Change shipping intervals and dates
- Skip a shipment
- Add one-time products to future orders
- Cancel subscription

How can I cancel my subscription?

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your account and click on "Subscription" in the left-hand menu
2. Under the Subscription section, find the subscription you would like to cancel
3. Click the "Edit" button
4. Scroll down and click on "Deactivate subscription"
5. Select reason for canceling the subscription

How can I add another subscription item to my account?

Here are the quick steps:
1. Log into your account
2. In the left-hand menu, click on "Subscription"
3. On the top right-hand side click on "Add Subscription"
4. Search for and select the product you would like to add
5. On the next page, you may edit the quantity, frequency, shipping address and charge date
6. Upon success, you will see a green banner that you have added a new subscription.

You will then be redirected back to your Subscription Dashboard where you will see all your subscription items!

Will I get a reminder email before my next shipment?

Yes, you will receive a reminder email, order confirmation, and shipping notification before your next shipment arrives. You can also log into your account anytime to view and track your upcoming shipment.

How do I update my shipping and/or billing information?

Follow these steps to updating your billing address and card information:

1. Log into your account
2. In the left-hand panel, click on "Billing Information"
3. To update 'Card on File' click the "Update" button and enter new information in the appropriate fields
4. To update 'Billing Address' click the "Update" button and enter new information in the appropriate fields

Follow these steps to updating your shipping address:

1. Log into your account
2. In the left-hand panel, click on "Addresses''
3. Here you can edit, delete and manage addresses
4. Click the box 'Set as Default' to determine your primary shipping address

When will my credit card be charged?

All subscription process, charge your card, and ship on the Tuesday of the week you select based on the frequency you chose.
