Dill Pickle Cheeseburger Dip

Ingredients
Onion, diced
1 Cup
Diced Tomatoes, drained
14.5 oz
Queso
11.5 oz
Dill Pickles, diced
1 Cup
Collagen Powder (optional)
1/3 Cup

- Oven Safe Casserole Dish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat and remove from heat.
Stir in the drained tomatoes, queso, and pickles until well combined.
Optional: If using, mix in the collagen powder until fully incorporated.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe casserole dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through and slightly bubbly around the edges.
Enjoy with your favorite chips, crackers or raw veggies!
