Our pigs root, and wallow in the forested areas of our farms. They forage on fatty acorns, walnuts, mosses and bramble resulting in more complex flavor and higher Omega-3s.
Ground Pork and Pork SAUSAGES
Our uncured sausages are a mix of leg, shoulder, and trim from the loin. With a meat-to-fat ratio of approximately 80/20 they’re lean yet flavorful. Keep a variety in your freezer for different flavor occasions at breakfast, lunch and dinnertime.
Our hams are smoked low and slow over real hickory wood for 10 to 12 hours until tender. Succulent, with a slightly smoky aroma, our ham is premium without pretense. No added sugar. None needed.
BACON and PORK BELLY
Generously fatty and a favorite amongst pork fans, these cuts are a cut above. Enjoy hickory smoked classic bacon strips or ends; try farmer’s favorite jowl bacon - more fatty and luxurious, or go big and braise or smoke our unctuous pork belly.
