Ground Pork Nachos

Pastured Ground Pork Nachos—perfect for a game-day snack or even a quick weeknight meal! Loaded with seasoned ground pork, melted cheese, and all your favorite toppings, these nachos are a delicious twist on a classic.

Whether you're hosting a game day party or craving a savory treat, this recipe brings bold flavors and easy prep to your table. 

Ingredients

Taco seasoning or chili powder
1 tbsp
Tortilla Chips (of choice)
1 bag
Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup
refried beans
* 1/2 cup
corn kernels (fresh or canned)
1/2 cup
Jalapeño, sliced
1
Red onion, diced
1/4 cup
Cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup
Sour cream (optional)
dollop
Salsa or taco sauce
1/2 cup
Guacamole or Avocado, sliced (optional)
1/2 cup

Utensils

  • Skillet
  • Baking sheet

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pork: Heat skillet to medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for another minute. Remove from heat.

Layer the Nachos: Spread half of the tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Top with half of the cooked pork, beans, corn, shredded cheeses, and jalapeño slices. Add another layer of chips and repeat.

Bake: Place the nachos in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Top & Serve: Remove from the oven and top with diced red onion, cilantro, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. Serve immediately and enjoy!
