Our chorizo is made with ground pork, and a blend of paprika, cumin, and herbs. Our pasture-raised pork chorizo is subtly smoky and is great simply cooked on the stove or grilled, but also adds great flavor and texture to one-pan recipes like paella, mussels or clams, pasta dishes, and frittatas.
