Shipping:

Orders are shipped Tuesday-Thursday via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Overnight service. Orders ship separately from Grass Roots meat orders. Not available to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Please note: We do not offer custom orders. If you have a special request regarding color or flower type, you can leave us a note in the order instructions when you check out. We are not always able to accommodate custom requests, but if we can, we will! Please do not email us with special requests.

Care:

Give the ends of your flowers a fresh cut and rehydrate for 3+ hours. Avoid placing them near heat, bright light, or ripening produce. If the flowers don't rebound, send us an email with your Order # in the subject line, along with photos of your flowers. If you do not have an Order #, be sure to include your full name, the delivery address, and your tracking number if applicable.

Cancellations:

Can I cancel my order? No.

Issues:

All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Shipping fresh flowers and perishable items can be tricky- if your order arrives in poor condition, let us know.

Contact us with any concerns within 10 business days after receiving your order. Send us an email with your Order # in the subject line and a summary of the problem, including photos if applicable. We will process a replacement order or issue a merchandise credit for the purchase price of the item(s). Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
