Our grass-fed and finished ground beef and bison contains shoulder, round, and unlike conventional ground, we add superior loin meat. This combination makes for premium ground beef that is lean, flavorful and nutrient-dense. Our sausages are spiced up for you so you can easily cook them up and spice up your favorite recipes.

Offal refers to organ meat which is full of nutrients and intense flavor. Roast those beef bones for rich, healthy bone broth to make soups, stews - or just sip on a glass with a sprinkle of sea salt.
