We partnered with our friends at Back Forty Bison in Dadeville, Missouri to bring you 100% grass-fed and finished ground bison meat. It’s tender, flavorful, low in fat, and a great source of iron and zinc. Ground bison is incredibly versatile. A juicy burger or meatballs will enable you to enjoy the flavor in its purest form. Add it to a stir-fry, tacos or burritos, in chili or a casserole. And even try combining it with our other ground meats for a twist on your classic meatballs or meatloaf. NOTE: The fat found in bison is often naturally a yellow color, as opposed to the white fat other proteins tend to have.
