Assembly & Cooking

In a bowl, combine all lamb mixture ingredients until evenly incorporated.

Divide and smash the lamb mixture directly onto one side of each pita bread, pressing into an even layer.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil.

Place the pita meat-side down into the skillet. Cook for 5–7 minutes, until the lamb is fully cooked and nicely browned.

Flip and cook an additional 2 minutes to allow the bread to crisp and absorb the juices and seasoning from the lamb.

Remove from the pan and top with cucumber salad and tzatziki.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Cucumber Salad

3 Persian cucumbers, halved and sliced

Thinly sliced red onion (to taste)

¼ cup small tomatoes (halved or quartered)

1 avocado, cubed

¼ cup olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp fresh dill

Feta cheese (to taste)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Adjust seasoning as needed and set aside.
Tzatziki Sauce

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of ½ lemon

½ cup grated cucumber (moisture squeezed out)
