Instructions
Tzatziki Sauce
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined. Adjust seasoning as needed and set aside.
Cucumber Salad
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined. Adjust seasoning as needed and set aside.
For the lamb's spice mix, combine all spice's into a small bowl and mix.
Mix in the ground lamb until evenly incorporated.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil.
Take a heaping scoop of the seasoned lamb and press in an even layer directly onto one side of pita bread (about 1/6 of the mixture)
Place the pita meat-side down into the skillet. Cook for 5–7 minutes, until the lamb is fully cooked and nicely browned.
Flip and cook an additional 2 minutes to allow the bread to crisp and absorb the juices and seasoning from the lamb.
Remove from the pan and top with cucumber salad and tzatziki.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
