Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup
Egg
1 medium
Dried oregano
2 tsp
Garlic salt
1 tsp
Sea salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
Olive oil

Instructions
Preheat a skillet on medium heat or turn on the grill. Brush with oil.
Combine the pork, breadcrumbs, egg, and spices in a bowl, mixing well.
Divide the mixture into 4-6 patties and shape them into patties.
Place the patties and cover, cooking 3-4 mins per side.
Remove from the skillet or grill. Assemble your burgers!
