Instructions
If you don’t already have cooked chicken, season some raw chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook them in a pan over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and no longer pink inside. Let it cool a bit, then chop it up.
In a big bowl, mix the chopped chicken, lettuce, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss everything together. Add salt, pepper, or more dressing if you want. Set the bowl aside.
Heat a pan over medium heat and warm each tortilla for 15–30 seconds per side until soft. Put them on a plate and cover with a clean towel to keep warm. Or microwave them between two paper towels for 15–30 seconds.
Lay the tortillas out flat. Scoop some of the salad mix into the center of each. Fold in the sides, then roll it up like a burrito. Stick in a toothpick if needed to keep it closed. Cut in half or serve whole.
