Citrus Honey Mustard

The fresh citrus brightens the richness of the mustard and honey, making this a light, zesty sauce — perfect for grilled chicken, pork, or even as a dipping sauce for veggies.
Enjoy this sauce two ways!
Without Mayonnaise
Light and bright, like a vinaigrette or glaze. Ideal for brushing onto grilled chicken or drizzling over a salad.
With Mayonnaise (1–2 tablespoons)
Creamier and thicker — great as a dipping sauce or a spread for sandwiches and wraps.
If you add Mayo:
- Whisk it in last, after mixing all other ingredients.
- Start with 1 tablespoon and taste (you can always add more for a thicker consistency).
- Add an extra tablespoon of honey to sweeten it up for dipping!
