Citrus Honey Mustard

Citrus Honey Mustard

The fresh citrus brightens the richness of the mustard and honey, making it the perfect light, zesty sauce for grilled chicken, pork, or even a dipping sauce for veggies.

Enjoy this sauce two ways!

  • Without mayo:
Light and bright, like a vinaigrette or glaze. Perfect for brushing onto grilled chicken or drizzling over a salad.
  • With mayo (1–2 tablespoons):
It becomes creamier and thicker — more like a dipping sauce or spread for sandwiches and wraps.

If you add mayo:

  • Whisk it in last, after everything else.
  • Start with 1 tablespoon and taste — you can always add more if you want it thicker.
  • Add an extra tablespoon of honey to sweeten it up for dipping!

Ingredients

Dijon mustard
1/4 cup
whole grain mustard
2 tbsp
raw honey
3 tbsp
fresh orange juice
1 small orange
fresh lemon juice
1 small lemon

1 tbsp

1 tsp
fresh rosemary
1 tsp

to taste

  • whisk

Instructions
