BBQ Party Ribs

If you're looking for an easy delicious way to make ribs, give these a try! They're simple, easy, great for feeding a crowd and absolutely delicious! 

 

Ingredients

hot sauce of choice
BBQ rub of choice
brown sugar
2-3 tbsp
butter
5-6 tbsp
BBQ Sauce of choice
2/3 cup

Note(s): Measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking.

Remove the membrane from the rack then cut it in to individual ribs.

Coat the ribs in hot sauce as a binder then season all sides with bbq rub.

Place them on the smoker at 250°F for about 2 hours then pull them off and put them in an oven safe pan.

Add on the pats of butter, sprinkle on the brown sugar and drizzle on the bbq sauce then cover tightly in foil.

Place them in the oven at 275° for another hour or so until they're tender and reach around 205° internal.

Once done, take them out of the oven and let cool for 10 min or so then ENJOY!
