Chimichurri Sauce:
Parsley, chopped
1/2 cup
Cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup
Garlic, minced
2 cloves

Red Chili Flakes
1 tbsp
Juice of Limes

Dried Oregano

Red Onion, minced

Brioche Buns

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder until evenly mixed.

In a separate bowl, prepare the chimichurri by combining parsley, cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper, chili flakes, lime juice, olive oil, oregano, and red onion. Mix well.

Add 2 tablespoons of the chimichurri sauce to the seasoned ground beef and gently combine.

Form the beef into 1/4 lb burger patties.

Grill burgers over medium-high heat until cooked to desired doneness. During the final minute of cooking, add pepper jack cheese to melt.

Toast brioche buns if desired. Spread sriracha mayo onto the buns.

Assemble burgers with tomato, avocado, arugula, cheeseburger patties, and top with additional chimichurri sauce. Serve immediately.
