Ingredients

Unsalted Butter
1½ sticks
Paprika
2 tsp
Cayenne Pepper
½ tsp
Chili Flakes
1 tsp
Garlic, minced
3 cloves
Shallot, finely minced
1 small
Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp
Fresh Chives, chopped
1 tbsp
Fresh Cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp
Fresh Parsley, chopped
½ tbsp
Fresh Thyme, chopped
½ tbsp
Lemon Juice
juice of ½ lemon
Honey
1 tsp
Salt
to taste

Utensils

Instructions

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.

Add the minced garlic and shallots, cooking gently for about 1–2 minutes until fragrant (do not brown). This helps bloom the aroma and flavor.

Stir in paprika, cayenne, and chili flakes.

Add Dijon mustard, chives, cilantro, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, and salt.

Mix well until fully combined and warmed through.
