Ingredients

Salt
1 Tbsp
Smoked paprika
1 Tbsp
Dried parsley
1 Tbsp
Garlic powder
1 Tbsp
Onion powder
1 Tbsp
Dried thyme
2 tsp
Olive oil
1 Tbsp
Chicken bone broth
1 cup

Utensils

  • Small bowl
  • Basting brush
  • Baking dish
  • Tin foil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F degrees.

Mix the dry seasonings in a small bowl.

Pat dry the wings. Using a basting brush, brush with olive oil and dredge in the spice mixture. Then let sit for 15 minutes.

Transfer the wings to a baking dish and pour the broth around them.

Cover the dish with foil and pop in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove the foil and continue cooking, uncovered, until crispy and golden, and the internal temp (in the meaty area) reaches 165F.

Serve with your favorite side or a salad, and enjoy!
