1 tsp
Corn startch
3 Tbsp
Salt & Pepper
to taste

Utensils

  • Saucepan

Instructions

Pour one pouch of bone broth into a saucepan and heat over medium-high heat until boiling.

**Short on time? No need to thaw. Simply cut the top off the pouch and add the frozen broth directly to the saucepan.

Stir in garlic powder and onion powder, or your favorite spices

Create a slurry by scooping ¼ cup of the hot broth into a glass measuring cup.
Whisk in 3 tablespoons cornstarch until smooth.

Slowly pour the cornstarch slurry into the boiling broth, then reduce heat to medium-low. Stir continuously until the gravy thickens.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm.
