3 Tbsp
Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp

Utensils

  • Large roasting pan with foil
  • Small bowl
  • Basting brush

Instructions

Remove ham from the freezer/fridge and let it come to room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 325F degrees.

Line a large roasting pan with foil and place the ham cut side down. Roast for 45 minutes.

While the ham is roasting, mix together the sugar, vinegar, and mustard in a small bowl.

Remove the ham from the oven, and with a basting brush, baste the ham, using about ¼ of the glaze.

Put the ham back into the oven, re-basting it every 10 minutes or so, until it is deep brown and glazed.

Remove from oven and transfer to a large platter. Let rest for 10 minutes prior to slicing.
