Charcuterie Christmas Tree (Step-by-Step Directions)
This festive Charcuterie Christmas Tree is a show-stopping holiday centerpiece built with cubes of cheddar, pepper jack, mozzarella, fresh veggies, and juicy grapes and layered between ribbons of Grass Roots Pasture-Raised Charcuterie Ham. Our ham is fully cooked, incredibly flavorful, and made from humanely raised pork, making it the perfect addition to this beautiful (and delicious!) holiday display. Finished with a cheddar star, rosemary sprigs, and crackers at the base, it’s a fun, elevated way to serve charcuterie all season long.

Ingredients
Utensils
- 15-18 inch Styrofoam Cone (craft store)
- Plastic wrap
- Toothpicks
- Serving platter
Instructions
Wrap the Styrofoam cone completely in plastic wrap. (This keeps everything food safe and makes cleanup easy.)
Place the wrapped cone on your serving platter and center it.
Lay out all of your ingredients:
* Cube the cheeses into bite-sized pieces.
* Slice cucumbers into thick rounds or small cubes.
* Fold the ham into small ribbons or rolls for extra texture.
* Cut a cheddar star for the top of the tree using a small cookie cutter or knife.
Start building your tree at the base of the cone and work upward.
Skewer ingredients onto toothpicks, mixing cheeses, ham, grapes, tomatoes, cucumbers, and mozzarella balls so each toothpick has a good variety.
Insert the toothpicks into the cone, following these tips:
• Alternate colors for a festive, ornament-like look.
• Mix textures so the tree appears full and balanced.
• Fill small gaps with tomatoes or grapes.
Continue layering until the entire cone is covered.
Add the Finishing Touches by placing the cheddar star at the top using a toothpick. Tuck fresh rosemary sprigs throughout for a natural evergreen look. Arrange crackers around the base of the platter.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
