Ingredients
1 package (2 lbs)
Pablano Pepper
6 medium size
white onion
1 medium size
herbs - rosemary and oregano
2-4 sprigs
salt and pepper
2 tsp each
cinnamon
1 tbsp
chicken broth or water
to cover
garlic
4 cloves minced
flour or corn taco shells

favorite toppings
Utensils
- dutch oven
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Sear the pork shoulder on medium heat.
Add in peppers, onion, herbs, seasonings, salt and pepper. Cover with water or broth.
Bring to a boil and cover with a lid.
Cook for 3-4 hours.
Take out of the over, let cool, and shred the pork.
Option to add the pork to a frying pan to crisp up.
Build your taco! Add pickled onions, guacamole, cilantro, salsa, cheese, and cojita.
