Oven Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice each jalapeño lengthwise, creating a T-shaped opening without cutting all the way through. Carefully remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar until well combined.
  4. Fill each jalapeño with the cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with one slice of bacon in a spiral from top to bottom and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  6. Arrange the jalapeños on a wire rack set over a foil-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is hot and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Grill Method

For even more smoky flavor, cook the jalapeños over indirect heat on a 375°F grill for 25–30 minutes, with the lid closed, until the bacon is crisp and the peppers are tender.

Quick Tip!

For that sweet and spicy flavor, brush on your favorite BBQ sauce for the final 5 minutes of grilling!
