Every Grass Roots animal is born, raised and harvested on small, independent farms across the US. They graze on natural, non-GMO pasture and are never treated with hormones or antibiotics.

A Cooperative Uniting Farmers

Our farms are a part of a co-op of small farms spanning coast to coast from the rangeland of Oregon to Ozark Highlands of Arkansas to the river-laced lands of North Carolina.

Grass Fed & Grass Finished

Unlike conventionally raised beef, our cattle graze on naturally lush, fresh pasture their entire lives. This results in a richer, more complex flavor profile and a leaner, healthier steak.

Pastured Poultry

Our chicken and turkey scratch and peck on fresh pasture daily and because they are not ruminants are supplemented with non-GMO, custom-mix feed ration containing probiotics and nutrients.

Grass Fed Beef, Bison, and Lamb

Our cattle and sheep are on fresh pasture their entire lives. They are grass-fed and finished and never eat grain or grain by-products.
