Eating with the seasons is another way to practice environmentally responsible meat consumption. Here at Grass Roots, our ethically sourced grass-fed seasonal meat selections run the gamut from healthy sugar-free bacon, to pasture-raised ground pork, to chuck roast, and everything in between. We believe that animals should be allowed to freely roam according to their natural grazing patterns. Chickens and turkeys scratch and peck in the great outdoors all day. Our cattle graze on sustainable, non-GMO pasture and never eat grain or grain by-products. And our pigs root and wallow throughout the forested areas on our regenerative farms. No Grass Roots animal is ever treated with hormones or antibiotics.
