Our grass-fed and finished steers and bison graze on naturally lush, fresh pasture creating a more nuanced, richer flavor.

Our chickens and turkeys scratch and peck on fresh pasture making for naturally juicy, more nutritious and more succulent meat.
PORK
Our pigs root and wallow in forested areas and forage on fatty acorns, walnuts, and berries resulting in more complex flavor and higher Omega-3s.

Our sheep live on pasture year round grazing on spring oats, winter rye grass, and clover which creates a healthy animal and delicious depth of flavor.

Whole turkey
We harvest a limited number of the best tasting turkey you will ever eat. They're first come first served. Our pre-sale starts in September and turkeys are delivered in November in time for Thanksgiving.
