Maple-Dijon Glazed Pork Sirloin Chops

Instructions
1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and salt.
4. Add olive oil to the hot skillet and swirl to coat. Place the pork chops in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Once done, remove the pork chops from the skillet and pour the glaze over them.
*Serve with side of choice (Roasted Sweet potatoes, Brown rice, Quinoa)
