Lettuce Wraps with Ground Beef

You'll use half of the package of ground beef for this recipe. Refrigerate the remaining to use for dinner on Day #7.

Large lettuce leaves (e.g., romaine, iceberg, or any leafy lettuce)

Garlic clove, minced

Ketchup
1 Tbsp
Mustard
1 tsp
Paprika
1/2 tsp
Water
1/3 cup
Salt and Pepper
to taste
Shredded cheese, diced tomato, avocado

Instructions
1. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Set aside.
2. Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook for 4–5 minutes, breaking the beef into small pieces, until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.
3. Stir in the water, garlic, ketchup, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until the mixture is well combined and heated through.
4. Spoon the beef mixture evenly into the lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, add diced tomato.
