Beef Sliders
You can wrap you sliders in torrillas, lettuce wraps or use small slider sized buns

Ingredients

Whole Wheat slider bun, lettuce wrap or tortilla
2
Salt and Pepper
to taste
Condiments of choice (Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard)
Toppings of Choice (Lettuce, tomato, pickle)

Instructions

 

1. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form it into 2 small patties.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the beef patty for 4-5 minutes per side, or until it's cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F).

3. Place the cooked patty on a bun (or lettuce wrap), add your condiments, and top with any desired veggies like tomatoes or onions.
