Our all-natural German sausage is made in the style of a traditional Bavarian link. Similar to bratwurst, this sausage is richer in flavor, slightly sweeter with a hint of mustard seed. A mix of leg, shoulder, and trim from the loin, these sausages are uncured and have a meat-to-fat ratio of approximately 80/20 — lean yet flavorful. Eat with pickled veggies and kraut. We recommend cooking over low heat for even cooking.
