Need to Pause Your Box?

A How To, In Three Easy Steps

You’re traveling. Your freezer is bursting at the seams. You haven’t had enough time for home cooking. No worries. Changing the renewal date for your next box, or pausing your subscription indefinitely, are both super easy.

If you know when you want your next box, we recommend simply editing the renewal date. Here’s how to do it:

1.Log into your account from the Manage Account link at the top of every webpage.

2.Click Autoship Schedules in the left navigation bar. Click into the text field to the right of “Next renewal date.” Enter the date you’d like your box to renew.

3.Press enter.

And you’re done. You’ll receive an email confirming that your renewal date has changed.

 

If you aren’t sure when you want your delivery, pausing your subscription is probably the best choice for you. This option is simple as well.

1.Log into your account from the Manage Account link at the top of every webpage.

2.Click Autoship Schedules in the left navigation bar.

3.Click the green button with the play icon in the upper left corner of your schedule.

And that’s it. Your subscription is paused. To reactivate, simply press that same button again. Keep in mind, that when your subscription is paused, the icon looks like a paused signal.
