Our pastured chicken chorizo, a leaner alternative to our pork chorizo, is our take on a Latin American favorite. Our ground is made with light breast meat, dark drumstick meat, and our proprietary blend of spices and herbs to give it that signature kick. Sauté some up and serve alongside eggs, add to a frittata, shakshuka, or paella.
