A personal favorite of Grass Roots' CEO Cody Hopkins, our pastured jowl bacon is fattier (in the best possible way) than our sliced bacon. It crisps up nicely and cooks down significantly, so the fat that cooks off can be used in lieu of olive oil or butter and bring extra flavor to your recipes. Our pork jowl bacon is naturally cured, hickory smoked, no nitrates or nitrites. Make a memorable BLT, sprinkle some on a salad, or bring it to the breakfast table and let everyone have at it.
