Beef Back Ribs are the meat remaining after the butcher removes the ribeye roast off the bones. Lean with plenty of meat between the bones. Smoke, braise, or slow-roast in the oven. These ribs are hard to find and a Grass Roots' butcher's favorite. We cut the slab in half so you have two 4-rib slabs per package.
