Chuck steak is cut from the shoulder so it has plenty of marbling and because ours are bone-in which is unique, it has extra flavor. Our grass-fed chuck steak is ideal for cooking on the grill or seared in a cast iron pan, you can also overnight it in the fridge with a dry rub and whip up some fajitas as an alternative to skirt steak. Best served medium or medium-rare. This cut is a great bang for your buck.
