Our charcuterie hams are naturally cured with sea salt, cultured celery powder, spices and vinegar powder—no synthetic nitrites. We smoke our hams low and slow over real hickory wood for 10 to 12 hours, making for tender, succulent ham with a slightly smoky aroma. Our hams are fully cooked and boneless for easy carving. We love it served with cheese and crackers, sliced apples, spicy mustard, tangy pickles, sweet or savory jams, and local honey. It’s also great on a buttered biscuit. No added nitrates or nitrites.
