Cook them on the stovetop or grill and serve them atop sautéed greens, polenta, risotto or pasta. Or roast them in the oven with grapes for an Italian classic. A mix of leg, shoulder, and trim from the loin, these sausages are uncured and have a meat-to-fat ratio of approximately 80/20 — they’re lean yet flavorful. We also carry Ground Italian Sausage without the casing.
