Ingredients

Instructions
In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine (don’t overwork the meat.)
Divide the mixture into 8 thin patties. Place a cube or slice of cheese in the center of 4 patties, then top each with another patty. Seal the edges tightly to enclose the cheese fully.
Heat a nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temp reaches 165°F and the cheese inside is melted.
Assemble you burger! We suggest lightly toasting your buns on your heated griddle, then layer with the burger and your favorite toppings.
