The Grass Roots Way
We’re proud of our animals and the farmers who raise them with the absolute highest standards. Each and every animal is raised outdoors with sunlight, fresh air, and clean grass. Out of respect to the land and animals, we raise in small-batches and practice regenerative farming methods. This leads to the healthiest life for our animals and builds soil for generations to come. The result is profoundly better meat that is nutrient-dense, full of flavor, and good for the environment.

Instructions
Grill-Roasted
Start by heating up your grill, place the minute steak on, leaving enough space between each steak for slipping room. Cook until the meat starts to brown, around 2 to 3 minutes, and flip. Repeat until your steak reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and serve.
Braised
Warm up a skillet on medium to low heat. Add ½ cup of beef stock or water to prevent the steaks from drying out. You can also add in diced peppers, onions, or other vegetables once the meat starts to brown and add your favorite sauce once meat has reached an internal temperature of 145°F.
Pan-Fried
Start by liberally seasoning your steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan on high heat. Add the steaks and sear for 30 seconds on each side, then immediately remove from pan. Remember, minute steak cooks rapidly so work quickly to avoid burning. To create the perfect gravy, add ½ stick of butter, 1 cup of beef broth, and 3 tablespoons of your favorite barbecue or hoisin sauce for flavor.
Oven-Roasted
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, briefly sear the minute steak over medium heat. On a large lined baking sheet, arrange steaks in a single layer. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour total. To spice things up, add in 1 can of condensed French onion soup for extra flavor and juice.
